The Régie’s Board of Directors is made up of one representative from each participating municipality and meets six times a year with management to ensure sound management of the budget and operations, and to review the fire service’s strategic directions.

All major decisions—such as bylaws, programs, hiring, major purchases, or compliance with the Fire Safety Cover Plan—are adopted with full transparency. In doing so, the Board ensures that an efficient and safe fire protection service is maintained for the public.

By ensuring compliance with legal obligations, the Board promotes close collaboration between the participating municipalities, the Régie, and other government bodies such as the Antoine-Labelle RCM, the Québec Ministry of Public Security, and several surrounding municipalities.
